“item never received! still waiting 15 days and...”

Placed an order Russell Hobbs chest freezer on 13th October for £180 its now been 15 days! Customer service is appalling, keep phone to find out where my product is and keep getting fobbed off. They have taken the money and I have waited 15 days so far and had to chase the item myself, getting no response from anyone. Would never use this company again.
