We bought 2 Antler 4 wheel cases in June 2013. One was a large capacity hold case which we have used about 8 times with loads of 20kgs with no problems at all, indeed it has proved a lot more robust than previous similarly priced cases by different makers. The second case was a 4 wheeled cabin bag which we have only used about 5 times but were really pleased with until the carry handle came off when placing it in a luggage rack of the plane when only carrying 6kg. We filled out an on-line warranty claim form and attached a scan of the receipt and photo of the damage. We received a confirmation of receipt email within minutes and a phone call a week later to double check the style and colour. Two days later we received an email confirming dispatch of a replacement case. It is a relief and a pleasure to have such a speedy and effective resolution to our problem. I can only conclude that the customer service end of Antler's process has been greatly improved from other reviewers' earlier experiences. I'd happily deal with them again.
