“WISH I'D READ REVIEWS - 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO BED !!!!!!”

Ordered a bed on 16th October for my son it is now 12 days later with 2 failed promised delivery dates that have been and gone - was given another delivery date today for in another 6 days. Wholly unacceptable for a next day delivery company - my 10 year old son has now spent 2 weeks sleeping on a mattress on his bedroom floor. I have no faith that the bed will be delivered in 6 days time so I have cancelled the order and requested a ful refund and a call back from the manager - which looking at previous reviews I am not likely to receive any more than a bed !!
Think carefully before placing an order - this 'company' is a joke !
