I have an ongoing complaint with Yours, they initially replied to my fist contact via their online form, fobbed me off with a £10 credit on my account and basically since then have totally ignored me !!!!!! They owe me money for a return. My courier said she would see to it for me as I'm in ill health and since then it all went to pot. Since the credit I have contacted them a further THREE times via their online form and they have not bothered answering me once. ITS DISGUSTING. I have been a very good customer and even steered friends and family in their direction. I'm at a loss now as to what to do next. I could cheerfully throttle someone !!!!!
