“Fail to deliver”

Waited in all day for yodel to ring my doorbell. Did not receive parcel from yodel, nor did I sign for my parcel. Somehow this still constitutes a successfully delivered parcel according to yodel tracking. In fact what happened is a stranger knocked at my door and presented me with my delivery which he had opened as he'd assumed it was for him after the yodel courier had handed it to him saying "delivery for you". The courier had driven up to my building - a block of flats - and given the parcel to the first person he'd seen, rather than going to the great effort of pressing the buzzer to my flat to make sure he delivered to the correct person and get the signature that yodel supposedly required.
