A word of advice thoroughly inspect every inch of you furniture before signing for it , call them a week later with a fault , they are not interested I bought two steeler sofas after a week I noticed ain indented rip, not caused my me I have no children or pets , they couldn't get it in the door with the wooden feet on they took it back out unscrewed feet did this hapoen during delivery or was it sent out faulty? I have no idea I rang sofaworks sent a picture tough nothing we can do you should have inspected properly, I did purchase extended warranty so this should cover it I know why they push into buying this to cover the cost of repairs
