“Best customer service from an energy I've ever had”

It was actually an enjoyable experience. It felt like customer service for a change rather than a mandatory facility. I didn't have to hold long for someone to answer and when they did it was almost like talking to someone I knew. The problem was resolved really quickly and everything was explained thoroughly. With other companies I would be so frustrated by the end of the call but tonight I left the call feeling happy. Its about time customer service was just that in this country and you guys are doing it perfectly. Thank you.
