“Disgraceful beyond words!”

Booked an appointment weeks ago & they didn't bother turn up on the day - or ring to cancel. I waited and waited .....no co tact at all. Rang them for an update, they assured me theyd sort it ASAP - nothing. No call, no email, nothing at all. It's a disgrace that they continue to advertise on tv & press how good they are, but they obviously can't live up to their promises. I've used Hilarys all my life & the service has always been slow, but they've now reached an all time low.
A terrible company who should be avoided. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
