“Be aware of up-charges and insurance costs!”

Be aware. I have rented cars weekly across the US for business a never once asked for proof of insurance. My proof was home in my car where the insurer told me to keep it. Economy manager would not allow me to bring up an electronic version, but wanted a printed copy to be sure the coverage was still active. If I can pull up the policy on the insurers website, the policy is active! My only option was to pay either $29 or $39 per day for their insurance coverage. I refused, They then charged me $50 cancellation fee because they would not let me rent with them. I would encourage others traveling to Orlando FL to no use this company. Looking at other reviews, this must have happened before!
