I order 2 side tables in August, when they finally arrived, both of them were damaged. Wrote to Dwell and waited another month to get another 2 new side table.... opened them yesterday and one of them is more damaged than any of the other 2..... So overall Im waiting since the 08/08 and still haven't sort the problem. Just now (23/10) wrote another email regarding this last delivery and let's see when I will receive it and if its gonna be in good conditions!
After the first complain of the 2 tables, I get an email saying that Im receiving 1 table, called the online shop number and the boy says its nothing with him, I wrote to customer services again, got to a point on the exchange of emails that I had to kindly suggest the assistante to read the emails... cause she was in the impression that I already had one of them, when on the first email I refer specifically I didnt.... Then we agree in changing the delivery address, and I end up getting one in the correct address and a paper in my last address to go and collect the other one.... another email send and finally got both here, just to finally open them and another one damaged.
Do not recommend it.
