“Worst building company ever, poor quality and service”

I purchase a persimmon home just over 10 years ago which at the time was 2 years old and had 2 previous owners. The 3 bed semi detached house was sold with garage and communal drive with allocate parking outside the garage as requested by the council when persimmon asked for planning on the site. I share a double garage with my neighbour mine being closest to my property. The space outside my property has always been used as our parking space with no issues until new neighbours moved in recently. It turns out that the original plans didn't show everything and in fact the land in front of my garage except 2ft in front is owned by the neighbour. I have questioned this with the council, solicitors all of which say go to Persimmon, I have been e-mailing for over 6 months now to be told not there problem that's what was purchased and that they can see by the land registry paper work that the boundary lines did not take into consideration my parking space outside my garage and that somebody has made a mistake when they drew them. Result a house with no allocated parking space so parking on the street.
Build quality of the house is poor with internal dividing walls moving when you lift out the carpet, bad electrics, movement on any wall near a window so constantly cracking after repair and redecorate. constant problems with heating system as budget boilers used that always break down and pipe work used is too thin.
Plenty of reputable builders about, Persimmon are not one of them.
