“Extremely effficient & helpful service!”

We were very keen to book the Casa del Mar hotel (luxury boutique) in Langkawi for our upcoming holiday.
The process was simple, we filled in an enquiry form rather late on a Friday night, we received a prompt e-mail response explaining that the hotel was in high demand and would need to be contacted to confirm reservation. We then got a call the very next (Saturday!) morning explaining which rooms were available, (very friendly, courteous staff) We booked and paid with our American express (bonus!). We've since had very efficient & hassle-free e-mail confirmation. Excellent service.
