“NEVER use this company!”

Me and 3 other people arrived at the Stansted airport on 15th October at 9pm, we had booked the easybus for 10pm, but decided to wait for an early bus. There was about 10 people waiting, but no sight of any bus. Most of them left after an hour or so... Several busses for Old street arrived and I tried to get some explanation from the drivers but they were extremely rude and not helpfull at all, pretended not to know anything. At 11.30 (2,5 hours later!) the bus arrived at last. And it was the same driver I previously asked for information. He told us we had to wait for all passengers who had tickets for that hour to get on and if there is place he would take us on too. I told him we've been waiting for almost 3 hours and he responded we should be happy he would take us at all, cause it's been more than an hour since our booked time.
For our return flight we decided to take a taxi, since we didin't want to miss our flight.

I seriously cannot believe their company is still running. And I cannot believe people can be this rude...
Never book this company, if you don't want to loose your nerves!
