“Great, personal service”

Right from the start of my Gold package the man was offering advice and being pro-active. The whole service has been brilliant - a great combination of a real, helpful person on the phone, with simple effective online systems like using e-signatures for tenancy agreements etc. Don't think that because this is an 'on-line' product it is in someway less good that having an agent on the high-street. I would recommend them 100%
