“Customer's concern handled very well”

I ordered a 'white hadley bench' and just after a week of its use, saw one of the buttons being damaged, I emailed Dwell's customer support and sent them a photo of the damaged bench too. They understood my concern and immediately offered me 3 options, I chose the option to get the bench replaced with a new one.
They kept me updated about the replacement order and the delivery. They also give you options for delivery date and you can chose as per your convenience, on the day of delivery the delivery guys call 1 hour before delivery too.

I am very happy with Dwell's service. They have very beautiful products, I am surely going to buy more from them and highly recommend them to anyone.
