“terrible after service”

I purchased my kitchen in feb 2013 and fitted april 2013. Not brilliant service at start but i.e charged for two fridge feezers and took 3 mths to get refund. Not few problems had to call the shop in erdington birmingham last call made 18 october 2014. Promised by manager he would call be back about 1.30. Not surprised never came. Dont use wren kitchens wish i gone elsewhere
