“excellent service but very inferior product”

I am commenting about cliphair.co.uk because I have no intention of purchasing from them ever again. This is my third batch of pre-bonded extensions and the fact that the first batch I purchased last December were also inferior quality is no coincidence. My third batch, still in my hair are absolutely terrible. Seconds after the hairdresser finishes my blowout, the hair just clumps together and tangles like someone dropped a blob of glue into the strands...unmanagable and constantly tangled - even with huge amounts of leave-in conditioner, anti frizz and oils to keep them sleak and smooth. Cliphair, you've sold me your last batch of rubbish! - There are many other sellers of Remy hair...I'm one client you've just lost and a year's benefit of the doubt is more than you deserve.
