Aps group! I had a business account wih them, a transaction on my account went missing, I called their customer services on a 0845 number, after not been able to find the transaction, I lost my cool and told the customer service to go back to training as she was helpless in her duty. For this my account was blocked and closed. Reason been I was rude to staff. That's okay, but here's the kicker, I had over £4000 in cleared funds in the account that I use for my business venture and expenses. Do u believe I had to wait 30 days before a cheque was raised and sent to me and under this time I couldn't trade. As group dint care this was business capital I was turning over and needed on a daily basis. They claim there terms and. Inciting give them that amount of time to refund you. I would just advise all to stay away from them. At first, it would look like a nice deal your getting and a great card TILL you run into an issue and that's when your eyes will truly open. For me personal, I had a bad experience with them, let's hope you won't.
