We joined Virgin at the end of September. Their broadband is totally unreliable, we lose signal every day, sometimes several times a day for no apparent reason. Customer service is appalling. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful - they have finally admitted, after several frustrating calls that the problem does not lie with our hub, but something else. I have not experienced such bad service for a long time, we totally regret switching! If their staff were better you could maybe feel better about the company but as it is I would never recommend them to anybody. Shame on you Virgin Media.
