“Everything as promised”

We were recommended to use VisaGenie to obtain our visas for India by the travel company who arranged our tour. Everything was carried out as described on the VisaGenie website, including being able to send photographs for free. We told them our destination, gave them details of our trip and the personal information they requested, and in return were sent visa application forms that they had filled in for us. We simply had to print these, check and sign them and return them to VisaGenie with our passports, with our photographs emailed separately. Our passports were returned, with the visas, in the time VisaGenie had advertised.
The ability to take our own photos, which they then edited, was particularly useful.
I was also pleased that we were able to correct by hand mistakes on the visa application form that were due to incorrect data that we had supplied originally i.e. we had forgotten about a previous Indian visa obtained by my husband. I had wondered if that meant we would have to repeat the whole process.
Having not used this kind of service before I cannot comment on the value for money.
