I order three set of blinds for my kitchen with great delivery times with information detailing when they are due to be delivered. The blinds were fitted and looked great, unfortunately, the mechanism to open and closing did not appear to be working on one of the blinds. I sent a e-mail to report this to the sales team and the next day we received a phone call giving us instructions on how to fix this issue. So I would rate this services as very satisfactory.
