Title says it all.
I lost phone and broadband service for 8 weeks and after 3 engineer visits it was finally fixed.
Calling BT to presumably get refunded the £66 paid over this period where they failed to supply my service I was told under their policy all they could give was £15.88! Plain and simple theft.
Also after nearly 18 months with BT, they still can't fix a fault from day one where dialling 150 gets me "welcome to SKY"! And not BT customer services.
Steer well clear!
Contract up, now switched supplier, although why I didn't just leave and break the contract like they have I don't know.
Now contacting the ombudsman
