“unexceptionable treatment”

I took my prescription to yourlocal optician on 11/7/14 to have distance and reading glasses my prescription requires a high prism so I understand that the process will take slightly longer.As I was due to go on holiday in August I called to see if my glasses were ready but no!! I spoke to the manager who got me the lenses from the lab but I was told that they hadn't passed as perfect but I could have them to go on holiday with while they had new ones made , I was quite pleased even though they were. very thick as they had not been thinned down but I had no hope of getting the proper ones before going away . is now 18/10 14 !!!! And I am still no further on ,I feel I have been treated very unprofessionally I would advise anyone who is thinking of going here DONT!!!this has been the experiance from hell and I am still waiting.TESCO gets a big NO! NO from me.
