“December South Africa Booking”

Benz Travel were absolutely fantastic. I had got information on their website through Hoodaki and as a special gift for a friend I was organising her home visit to Johannesburg. I rang Benz Travel to get the best air fare and spoke to the agent who was informative, helpful, gave me alternative info and dates and flights. I continued through the computer but kept getting stuck so each time I rang back , spoke to the same agent, who talked me through processes and got as much help as I needed.
I was not hurried in any way and the Agent took time to explain and confirm all I had to do. I left a deposit that evening and the next day I changed all the return journey after thinking about it, because there were long delays in airports, to a 2 stop-over return flight that was absolutely the best possible travel solution I could get. Thank you so much for all your hard work and care you will be recommended to others.
