The company have yet to respond to my e-mail regarding the faulty item sent a week ago.
I tried talking to them on the 'phone, but have never been able to talk to anyone as my many calls never got through their answerphone system, despite trying over 2 days.
This is a very frustrating situation as no contact has been available.
This gives me no confidence the company will deal with my comments, and I will have to consider my next move.
