“2 months, order still not received. Zero customer service”

Only one of 6 items ordered 2 months ago received. They then sent me something other than I ordered - suppositories (!!) instead of drops. Repeated emails with responses meant only to placate. No phone number except a a google phone. Subsequent follow up emails, no response. I will be reporting to various consumer agencies and reversing the charges.
They're quick to take your money, but please don't count on receiving any or the correct items; and definitely no customer service or sufficient ways of contacting them.
