“Quick and efficient service”

I called this morning to order flowers for my daughter to cheer her up after a very busy and stressful time at work. I wanted them delivered by early afternoon, they arrived with my Daughter by 1:30pm. I have never had such a fast prompt delivery. Full marks for great service.
My daughter was able to have the flowers on her desk for the rest of the day and all her work colleagues were admiring them. In fact they asked my daughter if I wanted to adopt them so they could all have such lovely flowers.ha,ha.

I will be using your company again in view of the excellent customer service and also the adviser who was so professional and very friendly. I work in Customer Services and it's lovely to receive the kind of good service I myself give to my customers.

Well done, gold star.
