“unprofessional service”

The overall experience was absolute nightmare !! We were traveling with our young children and the service they have provided unbelievable. We have pressed button to call air-hostage and had no luck. They never responded, I have to leave my two young children with my wife to call assistance, any time we needed for warm water or help to fold the child bassinet. The service at Doha for connecting flight was another big issue. The check-in desk was over crowded and there is no facility for priority boarding, we have to wait on the queue for 20 min with two young children on our nap. The toilet facilities was awful, seems like they never clean. I will never ever travel with Qatar airways.
