“slow to confirm details by email ”

The price you see on line is not a LIVE price as they say ...so total price was a bit more....once we had paid we did not receive emails as advised had to call back ....did not get flight booking email till I had to call back 7 days before flight.....I was getting worried we had been ripped off but they were just slow to forward detail..It was a budget holiday loved the place and the room was upgraded without us asking on arrival... HAD A GREAT BUDGET HOLIDAY. We will use them again they were very polite too.
