“Sending the e-tickets ”

I felt that the service was prompt and efficient. The person dealing with the e-ticket was available at his desk and was always present to deal with issues concerning delivering flight tickets to customers. This is what I liked and that is what I consider to be good customer service. They said that they would deliver the e-tickets on time. When I made enquiries yesterday, they gave a booking confirmation and stated that they would deliver the e-tickets by email. What I liked is that they delivered the e-tickets on time, in other words the next day.

What I didn't like about the service was that the customer service officer was very difficult to understand on the phone as he was not speaking very clearly. He appeared to be speaking too fast. I felt that he could have delivered the e-tickets more quicker.

There isn't anything I wanted to know before I made a purchase. I was overall satisfied. They are trustworthy because they are a member of ATOL. I have included the service in the review. Please include my review.
