Good Points
None really.

Bad Points
My experience with the DC05 is very much the same as those of the other reviewers and many who have not bothered to write about it. It is built from very poor quality plastic. Parts of the wand handle and the clips on the extension tube broke after 14 months, outside the warranty period. I tried to repair it with glue but nothing held. The replacements are horrendously expensive - designed no doubt to make more money for Dyson when the originals inevitably breakdown. The suction was not exceptional, certainly not as good as vacuum cleaners comparable in price. So, I guess I was suckered by all the hype. Don't even come near one if you are in the shop!

General Comments
There are many cheaper cyclonic, bagless cleaners in the market which are better made. A Dyson is all hype and disappointment.
