“Absolutely Appalling Service ”

I am unsure of even where to start. From the beginning of signing contracts with Bridgfords (Hacienda) the service has been appalling. Firstly they rarely answer the phone and when they finally do they regularly say to call back and try a different line as they are unable to deal with your particular issue. In terms of the property there are faults which have not been dealt with however if I fix them myself i will void all warranty! What are we suppose to do - they wont fix due to poor organisational and communication skills. On our move-in we were not provided with all keys nor were we informed of the codes to enter and exit the complex and had to rely on neighbours to inform us. When we arrived at the property all doors were unlocked and open - most likely for some time. Emails I sent prior to moving were ignored which has meant that we had no choice to take their insurance cover which I had hoped to avoid. Effectively I would avoid their service - the stress is not needed when moving to a new property. Whilst the quality of the property is brilliant, the customer service has caused me much distress and something I would not want others to endure.
