“Useless ”

Spend two hours trying to set up insurance with them and in the end told them I was going somewhere else because they kept saying my card was being declined but on ringing bank several times over 2 days (which is with Lloyds ironically) and being told no problem with card I have gave up trying to give them our money but after reading all the reviews here I am kind of pleased we did not manage to get passed the first stage
