booked a cheap flight with Vuerling (to connect to rome international) well in advance of the date. But suddenly they cancelled - by e mail- 30 hours before the flight was to depart. NO REFUND. !! I am not kidding.

Scrambled to find a last minute alternative on line.
Guess what!? There on-line, were NEW DIFFERENT NUMBERED Vuerling flights at the same time .....same day . . . .that they didn't put me on instead. New price 300.

So do they think they can dump you and get you to re-buy the ticket at a much much higher price????

Short of the story...60 dollar ticket turned into three hundred and sixty, on another airline, cause no way I'll ever buy ANOTHER ticket from them.

At my connecting flight I met a couple who'd also been cancelled by Vuerling, the same day, but earlier, (I think they were cancelled at the airport when they arrived -) and they had no possibility of an alternative and so missed their international flight, and lost a lot of money.

You'd think there'd be a law against airlines cancelling on you and not returning your money?????.....
