“Terrible Customer Service”

As a result of Moving home I cancelled my three mobile broadband.I'd been with them for 8 years, no problems with coverage etc. I did this through their website "Contact us" process as I had been waiting 45 minutes to speak to them (standard waiting time). I submitted my notice of cancellation at the end of July & heard nothing. In law if they ignore your request it is deemed to have been accepted.
3 times I have contacted them through their website Contact Us section & once verbally requesting a final invoice. Promised it verbally to my new address Still Nothing. Still no responses from the 3 attempts to contact them through their own website. Is it too much to ask? You'd think that as they want paying they'd be keen to provide it!! I have even requested this from their debt recovery company (SRJ - Laughable) 3 times. Still no Invoice. disgraceful big company mentality!
