“Excellent Sale of Property”

A friend recommended Hatched and I was sceptical at first, but I did my research and they had good reviews so I thought about it. I spoke to two local estate agents who both did valuations, and their service levels were so dyer that I thought I couldn't really do much worse, and for the low fees Hatched charge I thought it was a risk I could afford to take (considering the estate agents wanted between 5-7 times more in fees). So, what to expect? You have to be happy with dealing with a call centre and manage your expectations accordingly. Saying that, there are people on hand and available all the time, as opposed to waiting for your estate agent to be back in the office. Neil that took the pictures of my house to advertise it did a fantastic job and they looked far, far better than any of the other properties advertised at the time. He was friendly, helpful and was very good to my disabled mother who was there to let him in to take the photos as I was at work. I got regular texts and emails from Hatched letting me know when I had viewings, times etc. and they produced a table of viewers for the open house that I did. I received regular texts and emails with updates throughout the sale of my property and can't really fault them in any way (and I am a stickler for good customer service!). I would absolutely, thoroughly recommend them. It has been a pleasure, and also a huge saving.
