“Mobiles.co.uk- Risk worth taking”

I approached this website with fears that I could be scammed, as there have been plenty of other customers using other sites, thinking that the website they are ordering from is genuine. I decided to have a check to see how genuine this company is, and came across them being the best online retailer 2010 by USwitch. This obviously showed that they are a proper company and not those dodgy ones you'd find online. I also looked at some of the reviews, and honestly they did give me second doubts into whether I should be ordering from mobiles.co.uk. However, if you read carefully, nearly all of them are related to claiming cashback- something you should bear in mind when ordering with cashback. However I took the risk and ordered this phone. Unfortunately got an email stating it was out of stock, however they would keep notifying me about the stock arriving- and they did. I have seen some complaints about iPhones not being in stock, so they got a refund. However, Apple have explained that they underestimated the amount of sales for the iPhone 6 and 6 plus, so you have to be at least a little patient when ordering. I did enquiry into when the delivery would be, and the company said within a couple of days, so I placed the order on Wednesday and now I am currently writing this with my new phone and it's Tuesday evening! I hope I have gave a little assurance for those who are debating whether to get the phone from this store. It can be a bit daunting if there is something faulty with the product and you can't physically go to the store and fix it, however there is an Apple 1 year guarantee, which most of you probably know of. Plus the deals are pretty fab! iPhone 6 for £34.50 per month plus £49.00 upfront? Can't get cheaper than that for a product that's just come out!

Some things to bear in mind:
-if your unsure= Research the company! There are so many companies who use very similar names! And they are very prone to taking other company awards. I have come across some companies who have taken credit of this USwitch award!
-Live chat is quite bad= don't expect it to work after several hours because it won't. I hope the company fixes this soon, because it would be so much better for us customers.
