We purchased a Matki walk-in shower about 7 or 8 years ago. And, having just returned to the UK after 6 years abroad when tenants occupied the house, we were delighted that the shower has stood the test of time and still looks in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, the teak duckboard didn't fare so well and a replacement was needed. One email, one phone call and the replacement arrived just 2 days later. First class customer service. Well done and thank you Matki.
