We have found booking a night break under these so called "Christmas" vouchers an absolute nightmare. On two occasions, hotels that the site has listed, have either been fully booked or would not accept booking for one night as advertised. My attempts to claim a refund for the voucher when I explained the problems were met with a claim that they could not do this but I could always exchange the voucher for a new voucher. The problem being that I would have to pay an extra £20 for the "administration" charges of re-issuing a new voucher...of course I said no and I was left with no solution other than a promise that I would be emailed with a proposal after wasting 20 minutes on the telephone. Bad customer service and poor representation of a gift
