“Blue Sea tried to get me to pay more for holiday once...”

I booked the Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh on line last night with Blue Sea Holidays.

I had called one of their agents who was very helpful but the fee she was quoting was £322 more than the online cost.

When I pointed this out she told me if I booked on line it would go through and I would then receive a call from a manager apologising and saying it was no longer available or the price was incorrect. I thought she was saying this so that she could make her commission. So I ignored her warning and booked on line.

This morning I got the call saying they had mixed up the Savoy and the Royal Savoy when uploaded the prices to the net and they would let me have it at net for a - wait for it ...... an additional £322 so they weren't offering it net. They are also refusing to refund my hotel at Luton Airport booked straight afterwards as it wasn't booked through them.

I run my own business and if I operated in a similar manner to their idea of a business model I would be out of business. They falsely advertised this holiday and not only do I feel cheated, I am enraged at the shocking manner of their duplicity.

They are wholly unprofessional and demonstrate appalling ethics.
