I ordered this DVD by mistake and emailed you you a few hours later to try and cancel the order only to be told it was to late to do so. Now I'm stuck with an item that is of no use to me. Admittedly this was entirely my fault but I do feel that a cancellation facility should be available. A return wouldn't be cost effective. A gripe yes, but otherwise a good service.
