You sent 7 e-mails (including one for key policy and a separate one for legal policy) and 3 letters by post re one for key insurance, one for legal cover and several acknowledgements thanking me for my business. BUT I have not received any paperwork showing the most important aspect of this home insurance eg my main home policy details. Policy Expert send far too much paperwork. Other insurers send everything together in one envelope and UNDER ONE POLICY NUMBER. All this must be costing Policy Expert thousands of pounds a year - TOTAL UNNECESSARY! Too much paperwork is very annoying. Not very clever!! Why can't you put everything under ONE POLICY NUMBER??? Too much paperwork is so, so annoying.
