my recent experiance with fox and sons was terrible. they didn't put my offer forward to the vender, I had to chase after them, left a message to get back to me and they never did. finally when I rang I was told my offer was rejected due to "personal circumstances regarding the property" (?) even though my offer was the highest! I was so upset I lost my potential home :(
