“A lesson for many other companies , superb customer...”

I am a new ebuyer.com customer and came to the site having looked for the best price on a Dyson cleaner. I had even been on the official Dyson site but found the price was much better and the cleaner details more concise and informative on ebuyer. I have multiple Sclerosis and having ordered the cleaner somehow managed to reorder it the next day so faced having two Dyson cleaners!
I wasn't sure what to do but I phoned the customer service number and was looked after by a very friendly and helpful young lady who took the time to sort my problem out very reassuringly and quickly. It's nice but quite rare to find such helpful customer service and I would recommend ebuyer to everyone. I also found that delivery was very fast and my item arrived a day early.
