“My Claims Process ”

This is the second time I have had reason to use my Health-On-Line private medical insurance. I was referred from my GP to the Nuffield Health hospital back in June for a sinus operation. I was pleased that my claim was authorised in a vey short space of time and got myself booked in around my diary. After a few minor diagnostic tests my consultant suggested surgery would give me the best results. As i had a busyt week at work the following week i chose to delay my procedure to the following week. I was very impressed with the fact i was in the driving seat and still find it strange how i could choose when i wanted to be seen I was fortunate to have my own room, private shower facilty along with a very nice food menu. I remember the little things made a big difference for example the consultant/surgeon who operated on me personally gave me a phone call a week after surgery to see how i was recovering. If only all insurance claims were as easy and hassle free as this. Top marks!!!!
