“The worst customer service I've ever experienced”

Aggressive delivery driver damaged the bed on arrival, making an issue of removing packaging and taking it up to the bedroom. Beds on Legs told me to take the issue up with the courier company. Waited in for replacement parts but they never arrived. Beds on Legs told me it was not their problem as it was an issue with the delivery company. They offered their apologies but have done nothing to help and will not even consider a reimbursement. It is now 4 weeks since delivery and I have yet to take delivery of the parts.
I am furious that I ignored a previous review, warning about the delivery company employed by Beds on Legs. In circumstances such as these, I would expect Beds on Legs to be proactive in dealing with the delivery company.
