WRITE A REVIEW

“3 day fast track”

No problems with book quality since I've ordered many over the years. However, this time. I needed to get the book urgently as it was a 50th birthday present so I paid an extra £9.99 for the 3 day fast track service. Ordered on 6th and am now told to expect delivery on 13th. If I exclude day I made the book, I would have expected to receive this on 10th- even 11th (saturday - which is when I actually want to present my gift). So now I'm really disappointed. In the past, my books normally arrive after 7 or 8 days WITHOUT fast track service! So what have I actually paid an extra 25% for? I feel really misled and let down. Perhaps time to look around in the future??
