“Terrible customer service”

Had serious issues with Europcar Cyprus - they offered a car that was NOT similar to the one booked, said that there is nothing else available, not even manual option. Later they changed their mind, told us that they had offered a manual one. When clearing this out by email, they AGAIN changed their minds, telling that there wasn't a manual car available.

It has been taking weeks now, even the Headquarters is lousy in replying to the emails. Waiting for an answer for days, and I have had to repeat the same information to various people. Avoid Europcar at any cost, they don't care about their customers.
