“Fone Anger more like!!”

Do not get into their clutches cos it will lead only to frustration, delay and official dispute channels to get a refund on a bogus service.

I broke the screen and lcd on my Samsung S4 i9500 mid-July, and against my intuition went with this bunch. They were quick to take the money and have the courier collect the device, but then it all ground to a halt. Only once they'd had it for a week did they say they had a problem with spares - how about before I sent it? They said it would take another week, and not to contact them about it cos they were 'very busy'. Fine customer service from the 'customer service manager'. A week later I was told that they'd just noticed this the i9500 model and not the typical UK i9505, so it would take another week. I said fine, but if not I wanted the device back unrepaired and a refund made. A week later they didn't have the right colour, and it would take another week. I insisted they return it, and was told I would be refunded in a couple of days. 15 days later I took it to the bank and they extracted the money from them 6 weeks later still. Also had to extract a further 13 pounds via a Paypal dispute for a glass screen protector that was obviously not supplied. Shoddy service from start (mid-July) to finish (end-September refund). Oh, and then when I sent it to another firm for repair, at 140 pounds instead of 175, they would have had it repaired in a week in spite of the non-standard parts. But FA had removed the original charging block for a non-functional part, making for a repair period of 2 weeks rather.

This lot might repair your device if the planets are aligned correctly, and if it's an apple device more than not, but my experience was distinctly creepy and regrettable. There should be minus-stars for 'businesses' like this.
