“Non-existent customer service”

The website is full of incorrect information. I did not receive my train tickets and the website advised to contact if not received after 5 working days. I tried webchat and the guy flat out refused to help. When I phoned they also refused to help until the day before I was due to travel which was extremely inconvenient for me. I made a complaint and the guy just said sorry and he hoped I got it sorted! I complained again and the next guy said I had been given incorrect information, but did not tell me what the correct information was. Every single person I spoke to was useless and unhelpful. The website says they aim provide high standards of customer service but this is a complete and utter lie. They couldn't be bothered to do anything to help me and ruined my holiday in the process. I will never risk purchasing a ticket with them again now that I know how obstructive and moronic they are.
